WB7000 uses 88W and would be perfect for a 280G return. I use a smaller WB5000 on a 225 and it is amazing, quite and energy efficient.
Not sure what your return / drain size is but if it is a 1.5" dual drain with a pair of 1" returns, you could get away with a WB5000 that uses about 55W and it flows enough to run a siphon drain setup with a 1.5" siphon drain / 1.5" emergency drain.
