Hi, I was just wondering how much return I should have on a 90 gl. with 20 gl. sump. I have a 500 gph. that the lfs. sold me 18 mnths. ago seems like its slowing down , i've taken it apart and cleaned it but didn't seem to make a dif. I have a eshopps 110 sump not much room in the return comp. any ideas .

I like to shoot for 5 times the display tank in GPH after accounting for head pressure loss. 400 GPH would be fine, 300 would still work.
