i'd suggest you do some research through the lighting and filtration forum before you try to make fun of someone else's opinion. There are quite a few people out there that would agree a 1250 would be enough flow if he has other methods of circulation in the tank. Like i said before, what's your logic on having such high flow through your sump? Does it somehow benefit your tank? I2go, if your going to use drc's logic, just throw a sequence dart on there for the return instead.
