I stopped at the store last week for the first time in a while and I must say I was very disapointed in the selection. It was the day after a shipment had come in and most of the fish tanks were empty or only had a few common fish in them and there were a few corals but nothing that was very impressive. Maybe I just picked a bad day but it seems like a lot of time is going into the store but not the products. I noticed a big screen tv, coffee, sitting area, etc. all which are nice but in all honesty I am stopping to see what you have that I can add to my tank and not for the atmosphere. Hopefully more livestock will be added in the future because I think most people are going to make the trip to the store to see livestock and not for the atmosphere.

Yes, we were a little low on livestock last week but it was payroll & rent week. We are getting in a fish shipment tonight, so please check it out this weekend!

Well we got in a nice fish shipment yesterday, and we also ordered a second shipment that will be in today. Should be a fair selection to choose from.

Hello Everyone,
I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Tom Obrecht for taking over the OMS for the past 7 months and to say you will be missed. I would also like to welcome Jim Gryczanowski as our new president, we will be hosting a meet and greet for Jim on Sat. July 15th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Everyone please come say hello to Jim and make him feel welcome. I am confident that Jim will be a great asset for the OMS and will no doubt take it to the next level. I for one look foward to working with Jim and will continue to support the Omaha Marine Society.
