How rare and how hard to keep these rhinopias? I saw a picture on exotic website for the purple looking one. I like it, anyone know which are good price range? Will call for pricing tomorrow

Someone was selling one over at the selling forum, $750 + shipping. He paid over $1K for it.

I've got 2 in my tank...one just like the pic you have. They are pretty hardy, like taking care of a lion. Hard to get over to prepared or frozen food. I have to feed mine damsels twice a week. My tangs harass them every once in a while because the fish think they are food. Facinating fish...always a "conversation" piece. The purple "frilly" one goes for upwards of $600-$1000. Haven't seen to many come in locally, and when they do, they're yellow, orange, or sometimes red.

wow that is well over budget.. I called Exotic and I think they want something like $600 and the fish is about 5.5-6in... So yeah of anyone interested then you guys can call them.
