They can depending on the size of fish and worm, they are basically like snakes and can eat stuff larger than their mouths.

Thats just what i have read, never delt with one though.

it seems to have a mouth with a ring of tiny little tentacles as a mouth that it pushes out and pulls back into its head.

I think it's a peanut worm. I also had one in my previous tank. They do no harm.

Pretty sure that's just a harmless peanut worm. I'd let it live.

The body looks kind of like bacon. Yum. That is the weirdest worm I've ever seen. Kind of cool, though.
