Ric in trouble?

So I've had this ricordea florida for almost a year, and I think its in trouble...

First, it s huge, its always been huge, and I thought it was never going to split. Then a few weeks ago, it kind of deflated, and I noticed a new mouth to one side. So I thought it was splitting. Then I noticed another new mouth a few days later. But it still hadn't puffed back up. Again, I chalked this up to it getting ready to split.

Yesterday, I finally get curious enough to pick it up and really look at it. The main mouth had been covered up with a flap of itself so I couldn't really see it for a while. The mouth was gaping open, and when I turned the ric upside down, I saw that it mostly was detached from the rock, with guts showing underneath. There was a bit of crud built up underneathe it. So I gently blasted it out with a baster, and put it back to its normal low flow spot.

It still isn't really puffing up like it should be, and I'm rather worried that it was showing so much guts.

Any ideas? I'll try to post pictures later.
