Ricordia moving itself?

Okay, so I found a deal I couldn't pass up on two ric frags - I even ended up getting an orange one that has two mouths! I'll have to post pics when i put a new battery in the camera. I also got a blue one but it was attached to something.

Now my question is about the orange- it wasn't attached to anything and there was the tiniest bit of LR scraped off when it was fragged i couldn't do much with. So with the last drops of glue in my bottle from other frags I tried to place this guy.

Next morning I woke up and he was stuck in some crevice where I couldn't even see him. *argh!*

So then i tried to move him again and wedge him, the tiny rock scraping, and a dab of hardened glue in a place where he wouldn't move (school is about to start here and I can't find glue gel for the life of me so i'm thinking it'll be another week or so)

So of course I find him on my sand bed the next morning and I'm like okay, think- There was a perfect nook i snuggled him gently into and today he is still there- sor tof.

Looksl ike he's picking up and moving on his own and using the very outer edge of his.. "bubbles" (i guess they're just itty bitty tentacles) and it looks like he's slowly moving around on my rock to find a place where he's happy at.

I figure if he finds a place he likes and doesn't need to be glued I'll leave him be.. but if I find him on my sandbed again i might just stick him permanently when i find glue again so he isn't always being disturbed.

What would you guys do?

you can drop him in a shotglass filled with crushed coral or rubble and cover it with some wedding veil. It should eventually attach its base and you could wedge the rock somewhere or glue it.

If you do likeshortstack said only with sand, Ive found they will have enough sand attached to them within 24 hour that you can glue the sand to your rock. I tried the rubble and it seemed to take too long for my impatient ways.

Right now i've got the guy wedged comfortable in a rock... its just kind of funny to see some of its tentacles stretching out.. I just want him to be comfortable in th elighting of my 12g aquapod.. he's acutally kind of near the top, i hope it isn't too much for him. I"ve read about how touchie these guys can be as well as zoos- growing up or down depending on how much light they want
