rid ich+ safe for lionfish?

i went to find cupramine at 2 diff stores, but the best i could find that wasnt copper was rid ich+. is this safe to use with my volitan?

Need to know more info about your tank like size do you have live rock sand bed? Best way is to use separate qt tank but since money is a issue you might have to cupramine the tank you will have to invest in a test kit that will test for organic copper or use hypo and borrow a refractometer from another local hobbyist or store.
