I dont get that one, Mark.

They used to be called braceless tanks as there are no braces, but there is still a rim. I know, its my OCD at its finest :p

AHHHHHHHH. Of course there is still a rim. Makes sense, I thought it was some detail I missed, not something right in front of me, lol. I always associated rimless with none of the black rimless trim around the top... But I guess thatd be trimless, lol.

Like I said, OCD ;) Besides, my post per day has gone down as I've been sick the last week.

If you are going to go topless with pendant lighting go rimless. It looks 10k time better. If you are going to use a hood I would go with the euro. JMO

I just snicker/cringe (depending on the mood) everytime I see it.

BTW, for the topic, It all depends on a canopy or no canopy IMO.

I think "Rimless" or braceless is the way to go, aesthetically, as long as theres no canopy, like was already said.... The only real reason I see to use a euro brace is if you want a wavebox, and want some crazy waves going. It does help keep the water contained.

Does that make him Rimmer ? think red dwarf

Braceless tanks just scare me, way to many failures.
