Ring-Tailed Cardinals on DD

They have two sets of trios of these cardinals on DD. I was about to buy them when I saw that they can grow to 5.5 inches long!!! I can't imagine three of these fish getting that big in my tank, so I am so glad I didn't get them. They look so similar to the yellow striped cardinals (which only get 2 inches) and right now they are just over an inch so I incorrectly assumed they were small fish.

Just curious if anyone has these fish? I wonder if they really grow to 5 inches?
