Rio 1100 return pump in sump

Hey guys I am setting up a 10 gallon sump for my 20 long reef. I am wondering if the Rio 1100 return pump will work with an eshopps PF300 overflow. There is going to be 3 feet of head and I'll be using 3/4" tubing on return and 1 inch pvc from overflow box. Thanks!!
