I got 2 cowfish today. 1 is doing great - he's swimming around kickin it with them blennies...
My other one I couldnt find, and finally i found him behind the rock, dead. What could have caused this? Could my BTA have killed him? I dont have any aggressive fish...my water is great, except my nitrates are a little high - between 40-60, but i've been doing water changes to get that down. He was eating about 2 hours ago and all seemed well. I've never lost a fish - so to have one die 4 hours after i get him is puzzling....
Any thoughts?
