Im sure your tired of everyone asking but I was just wondering your availability on the RLSS 6i or 8i? I know they are pretty much sold out everywhere. I would really like to get one. Thanks

We should have R6's back in here by the end of this week (keeping fingers crossed). The R8's or any other skimmer has no ETA right now.

Sweet! Still deciding between that or the 8i. I have a 120g+30G sump. I dont feed to crazy. Mainly LPS and sofites with a few sticks. What do you think Jeremy?

Interested in the r6 for my 90. I hear it is quiet but how loud is the outlet gate? I hate nodding everything to get it quiet.

The R6 would be plenty for you even heavily stocked. You would like the performance out of that better than what you would the 8" body on that size tank. I had a 120g heavily stocked sps / clam system for years, so I do speak from experience with this.

I was looking at the pics, but where is the outlet valve on the r6? Not much info on the website, how long is the warranty?

With your years of experience I wanted to ask.. Would ou go with the r6 or vertex omega 150 for my 90 gal mixed reef?

Are the r6 coming in now with the new pumps?

I don't think you could stock that system heavily enough to push either of them to their full capacity, you'd need another 40-50g of stocked display water for you to notice a difference between those two.

Sorry I skipped over this. I don't always get the popup notification on my PM's either, and I get a ton of them. The outlet is a standard wedge pipe design, outlet is at the bottom of the tall vertical grey pipe in the photos. RLSS has a 1yr warranty on them.

That would be expensive, you'd have to go Next Day Air which is not going to be cheap at all, probably around $130 or so.
