U would be better off getting rid of it after the membrane is dead. For the price of the membrane you can buy a BRS membrane upgrade kit which is bigger and costs less to replace. You would need a new flow restricter if the membrane fits in any case.
to answer ur question nothing I have the 50 gpd and just replaced it with 90 spectra recently after I asked my fishguy no reason to waste $ where it doesnt have to be wasted
