Ro/di flush valve and auto shut off kits

Yo reefers. Quick question. I'm buying a manual flush kit and shut off kit for my RODI unit. 100 GPD Aqua fx Barracuda. These kits look like standard generic items. Do I have to buy the kits that aquafx (or other manufacturers) may show as accessories to their brands or are they fairly universal in how they are made? Thanks as always

Pretty sure they are all universal. It's basically just an open/close valve. I just disconnect the waste outlet from my RODI and run it for a bit instead of buying the flush kit. I'll eventually get one for convenience, but for now it's not so bad.
