RO/DI Unit for hose

I live in a house where I can't cut into any lines and hook up an RO/DI unit.

For those in this same situation where do you hook it up? What unit would you recommend getting that I could hookup to a hose or something similar.

I have access to an outside hose I can run inside the house and unhook when my water is done.

Thanks!

Note: this is for a small nano tank and would like something inexpensive if possible.

I used a y valve with a reducer, and I run the 1/4 line from the spigot up the side of the house to where the ro unit is. I can send you pictures later if you'd like

Tahit Getting 30 TDS from the watermill is not to bad "Really any is bad" when I was getting water from one I had the same issue so I checked and the TDS was 162!!!! My tap was only 180 LOL

Tahiti - in the mean time, pick up a few jugs (take your own) to FAIOS till you get yours set up. They have 0 TDS RO/DI water.

I have a Y adapter in my laundry room hooked up to the cold faucet for the washing machine. My water bin sits between the washer and dryer. I have to manually turn the RO/DI valve on when I want to make water but otherwise it works really great. Just put the garden hose adapter on one arm and hook the washing machine up to the other arm. Drain line gets ran into the same drain as the washing machine.

Just purchased the Bulk Reef Supply Stage 4 RO/DI system. Comes with the hose attachment which I will use to make my water. Also got the valve to make drinking water. :)

I hope this gets my diatom or whatever this brown stuff in my sand is under control. Thanks for the help fellas!
