RO/DI Unit quit working help

I have an Air, water & Ice RO unit. I think it is one of the typhoon models. It seemed to be working fine, and it just quit working. I replaced the filters about a month ago, and it seemed to be working fine. I replaced the bottom filters, the four pack filter replacement. The filter pack didn't come with the white filter on the top do I need to replace it too? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Very likely B. The white filter is probably a prefilter and will clog with dirt. That effect can be pronounced when the water company flushes hydrants, there is a main break or with heavy rainfall it you have a home well. If the wastewater has stopped from the RO section then that filter is the cause.

So could it be the pre filter on my RO unit? I didn't replace the white membrane on the top of the unit.

They are also good at helping you with problems even though it is not one of their water systems. Just email them.
