RO/DI way too noisy!

I posted this on the "New to Hobby" forum, but didn't get much response. I thought maybe someone here could help:

A little background on my system issues. 5 months ago I got a BRS 5 stage RO/DI system. Originally everything worked great. Then suddenly one month ago the water stopped from my RO air gap faucet. It was clogged, and I had another faucet around the house so I replaced it. Shortly after, the pressure dropped again, and there began to be a constant water flow going down the drain. I thought maybe there was a problem with the tank bladder so I replaced the tank. Still drained constant water. I checked the carbon filters and found the smallest micron filter was clogged. I took it out and the draining stopped and my pressure increased to 65psi? The new storage tank had not been able to fill due to the constant draining from the system. As soon as I removed the last filter, it started to fill. Water flowed great, but during the refill of the tank, now the air gap faucet makes so much noise it's like a jet landing in my kitchen. I have since replaced the carbon filter, but still making the horribly loud noise during tank refill. Full tank pressure is 31.5. Does anybody know whats going on?

Could be a check valve making noise? Or your auto top off mechanism? Does it sound like a loud flutter?
I dont know about a flutter. It just sounds like a ton of air is trying to blow out of the tiny hole in the air gap faucet. Could be check valve. Thats next on my list to look at.
