Looking at purchasing a RO/DI unit was just wanting to get some feedback on what people are using and the best place to buy one.

I like the service from The Filter Guys. They're sponsors on RC and very good people.

Air water ice were great to deal with too. Of course, Your local LFS could also probably help yoiu out.

I am using the TYPHOON III from air water and ice, I like it. I haven't had any others so I don't have much to compare it against. I can tell you I have had good support from them. A piece was broken when I received the unit and they sent me a replacement piece right away.

If you are real lucky you could win that unit at the January meeting as I think it is one of the prizes.

I use and recommend the AWI typhoon III. I got one of those ebay jobbies and my AWI unit works a lot better, altho ebay is a little cheaper. with the extra goodies you get with AWI i think it is well worth the extra you pay.

I put in a Dual Home/Reef from AWI. So far no problems with it. I was happy with the instructions and the basic design.
