RO Help, replaced filters

I replaced all my filters in my RO/DI and now all the sudden the RO stage is leaking real bad, its shooting water out the threaded part, nothing is damaged its exactly the same as when I had it before, its almost as if the water is not getting through that stage.

Its also the only way that the RO stage fits in the housing..

here is a pic where its leaking...any ideas?

There should be an oring somewhere near there, either under the lid or on the membrane, my bet is take it apart, look at the oring closely, if its not damaged, a light coat of cooking oil and retry it. Good luck!

Its always something so simple, Looks like I dropped the o-ring in the sink when I was replacing them!!
