Not roadrunner-I hate TW. My expensive Fios does not impress me...

When I lived in Florida last my speeds were equal to NY speeds. Since I've been back I found out RR throttles the Standard Roadrunner to 10Mb/s Down and 1Mb/s Up.
Now, for an extra $15 a month I can get RR "Lightening", lol. Around 40Mb/s. Which basically would get me back to the way things were a few years ago.
