Rock Anemones

Hi everybody I just bought a rock that had Anemone on it from the LFS, and they told me to feed it Phyto Feast but when I looked online to see how often I should feed it I saw other people saying that they feed it actual shrimp etc. Looking for proper feeding? What to feed and how often?

Do you have picture of it? I feed my anemone a small piece of shrimp once a week. They don't need frequent feeding if your light is enough.

Beautiful! That's a rock flower anemone and this type can grow up to 6 inch I think (a larger type variety). Doesn't require much feeding and not light hungry. Enjoy it!

I feed mine shrimp. Very small piece of shrimp. Once a week. Mine is a long tentacle anemone. It's now super huge...
