What your recomend for cleaning my live rock of detritus. Which snails or crabs.

Your best bet is just to use a powerhead to blow the detritus of the rocks and get it into the water column right before a water change. Polishing the water with a filter sock for a few hours right after won't hurt either. Before adding any livestock, try and figure out if there is anything you can do to limit the amount of detritus you might have. Stock lightly, feed lightly, etc. Addition by subtraction so to say.
