These are 2 photos I thought I'd share. The first image was taken Sept 22nd 2004, the second December 23th 2004.
The first image is a little poor, but hopefully you'll get the idea. The area missing in the second shot is one of the main holes my 2" Mantis uses to get into the rock. 4 months of bashing, it only give a rough idea of how much rock he has bashed away. As I said it's just one of the holes
It's the only photos I can do a before and after with though. There wasn't a hole to start, just a small impression.
They are quite the engineers. Oh and gardeners too, if you notice the lack of algae in the second photo :lol:
