I just bought my first Rock Flower Anenome, how do I feed him and how often - totally spaced even asking the question when I bought him.
Thanks

Set a small piece of shrimp, krill, mysis, etc. on it. It should grab it and do the rest. I feed about once a week.

i've never target fed mine ... they will grab whatever food is in the current. These guys are super sticky, and very hardy :)

They are super easy to keep. I have three of them; the green, red and brown variety.
They don't wander. I feed mine at least every 2 weeks. I take table shrimp and cut them into smaller chunks and I rinse them. I then add one chunk to each. Not much care needed.

I have one in my tank and like said in post before they don't wander so don't have to worry about you coral when I feed the fish it ends up getting food to because the flow of the tank pushes food right to it

I have 2 that are ~7 years old...and doing great... I feed them about 6x a year!...maybe!

Mysis shrimp. Don't feed it large chunks of food.

I've had mine for 2+ years and they've spawned several times. I think they've been doing just fine getting larger pieces of food. I also do this right before a water change I might add.

One of the simplest answers I've been told is that in is the out... large chunks are harder to digest, and take longer to digest. This is hard on in/out. Imagine eating whole grains in large chunks. They won't digest completely, but they still have to come out.
