I am starting back up my 90G reef tank this week. I have about 120 pounds of Live Rock that I put outside to kill about a month ago, but during that time the trees have bloomed and tree pollen is over EVERYTHING. Will that hurt the rock, or would a rinse in some distilled water clean it enough to put into the tank?

Was this rock previously 'live' rock? If so and you haven't done anything to remove the life previously on it, there will be lots of nutrients on that rock. Perhaps a bleaching would be in order?
