THIS EVENT IS TAKING OFF!!!
We have a few exciting additions to tell you about. Check out the site for more info. The highlights are
Guest speaker Jake Adams from Denver (bio and abstract at RR's site)
Dirk Griffin From Red Wing MN will be out as well.
We have sellers now from MN, WI, MI, IN, IL, and the list is growing. This event will be insainly HUGE!!! Space is starting to fill up so if you havn't already reserve your table soon!

The raffle total is over $2000 in prizes. If you haven't check the site since, say yesterday, do so. We are updating it almost nightly with what we have to raffle off.

Is there a limit to sellers? Do you need to pre-register? Is there power available for display tanks? Make up water available? Is there early setup? Is there a trader only time?

No limit to sellers, there is plenty of room availible.
Yes pre registering is needed, but it is pay at the door. email info@rockfordreefers.org
Pleanty of power, you need your own extention cord/power strips, but we got the juice for ya.
There will be make up water. RO/DI with Coralife salt, or Tropic Marin.
We are still working out some details, but as of now the schedule of events is
8am-9am open for seller set up
9:30-open for non-sellers trading allowed
10a-12p-Selling-buying-trading SWAP TILL YOU DROP
12p-1:30 Lunch and swap continues
1:30-3p Jake Adams presentation and Q&A
3P Mega MASSIVE raffle. There will be mini raffles and door prizes through out the day, but at 3p is when the BIG stuff goes.

And we are not done adding to the raffle, today we have added 3 more sponsors, about $500 worth of stuff!

In just 24 short hours the madness will unfold. Vendors will arrive as will fraggers in a panic. Trying to set everything up for when the doors open just a short time later. As the crowed enters their eyes widen and jaws drop at all that has come together to make this event unbelieveable! Corals from several states, as well as vendors, prizes laided out across 6 tables and sellers holding a cup of coffee with blood shot eyes. The Frag Fest begins!
The only thing left to do is take out a low interest loan so you can buy everything you need.
