Rod was such a great help

I just got home from my first visit to Rod's reef. He drilled an aquarium for me that nobody would touch here in northwest Indiana. I can now have a closed loop system. All the stores around me said that was impossible to do, but Rod said no problem and went to town. Now I can't wait to get it together and get it cycled so I can put in a pair of the gorgeous Onyx clowns in. Well worth the 2 hour drive for me. Thanks again Rod for all the help.

Ahhh..... Brings back memories of when I got drilled by Rod out in DeKalb . If you ever need a sump, he makes awesome sumps too! If you're lucky, he might even sign the glass too :rollface:

Yep. Rod drilled my 2 holes back in the day. That was a long time ago. Now I drill holes all the time after watching Rod going to town on my holes.

Did he use Wesson?

just water. He said he stopped using oil a while ago. He said the oil lubercated it better, but water cooled better.

if you are reallllly lucky, rod will draw a heart after his signature on the glass

Man and I thought Rod liked me, but did I get a heart. No, not even a stinkin signature. Well at least he did a good job on short notice. That make me happy.:spin2:

The story I heard was that it was all about the teasing with the Wesson!
