RODI filter question

Hey there all ....I have a spectrapure max cap 90 ...need to replace filters and di cartridge. Anyone know if I can use bulk reef supply filters and such or only spectra/ kent( interchangeable acording to marine depot)? Seem BRS is cheaper, quality comparable?
