RODI production rate reduced dramatically

I have a 75GPD RODI unit with BRS upgraded to 150GPD. Running with a booster pump. It has been working well (making about 6 to 7 GPH) consistent with the 150GPD.

Last week I decided to let it make water for my 65 Gallons RODI reservoir overnight. Waste water line was configured to run out to the back yard.

I figured that it will filled up my reservoir by early morning. However, by morning, I got only 1/4 of the tank. I checked around and realized the waste line was frozen due to dipped temperature that night (down to 10 degree). Over the next few days, I rerouted my waste water line and run it inside the house into the basement sump.
Ran the unit again and noticed the water production is very slow. Flushed it and checking everything again including the booster pump and everything seem to be okay. Ran it for 6 hours and still making only around 2 gph.

Can the frozen waste water line damaged both of the RO membranes? or is there something else that would cause the reduction in water production? I would like to confirm before ordering 2 new RO membranes. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

This is going around. It's winter Even inside the house, the water coming in is still very cold. You need to find a way to increase the temp of your incoming water to be around 75 - 80 ish degrees. Anything below that and your production will slow to a crawl. I ran about 25 feet of line coiled up in a bucket with a spare heater and my production went back to normal.

Thanks!
I am on well water. My incoming water is just a tad colder in the winter than summer as my well water reservoir is inside the house. 2nd thought, my cold water felt warmer in winter than that of the summer (strange!)
Anyway, I did not have any problem with the RODI last winter. I went ahead and order 2 new membranes. Will see if that what cause the low production.

Updated!
Installed 2 new membranes and also replaced all filters. Water production is back to where it should be (6-7 gallons per hours).
