I am considering setting up an Rodi system. I am interested in how many stages I would need to run using Tampa water. So what kind of systems do you run 4 5 or 6 stage?

You definitely need at least 5, with 2 carbon blocks. I'd say the best is 7 stages - sediment, 2 carbon, ro, cation, anion, mixed bed.

I would recommend at least 5 as well. I started with 5 and eventually went to 6. Hillsborough County water sucks!

Thanks for the information. Do you think it is better to go with 2 RODI membranes and less stages or more stages and 1 RODI membrane?

It's better to use 2 75gpd membranes, it extends the life of your prefilters & cuts down on waste water.
