My 75 GPD is only making about 15gal a day

could be low water pressure i have a 100 gpd that bakes about 50
water pressure has alot to do with it

Umm Let's see:

1) Seasonal Decrease in Feed Water Temp
2) Time to change the prefilters
3) Time to change the membrane
4) Decrease in Feed Water Pressure due to water main repair in the area and/or pumping station issues
5) Pressure bleed around membrane into Waste Line (damaged O rings)
6) Damage to flush valve or restrictor allowing pressure to bleed out of membrane housing
7) Leak or other damage to membrane due to chlorine or biological damage

Have you done any maintenance on the unit lately or changed anything? If no, I'd try a new set of prefilters first....

all new filters except the membrane it worked fine until the other day not sure what happened it used to fill up 40 gal over night but now it hasent made even 20 gallons since yesterday evening
my TDS reading is 001
its still hooked up in the same place as its been for 8months

What is the water pressure on your gauge?
What is your waste water to permeate ratio?
