Do any store in south Orange County carry Rod's food? I tried looking on there website and they do have anything listed. I know I get it from Marine Depot but was trying to get some on my way home from work.

its so hard to find. the LFS's i frequent all have someone that works there that wants them to carry it (or so they say) but no one really does. I just get it from Marine Depot, next time I am going to try a will call pickup. I got it shipped last time and it was pretty thawed out.

Depending where you are in Los Angeles, The Aquarium store in Culver City had Rod's Food in stock a few months ago. They still might. I tried it once but currently feeding LRS.

i like the krill. theres only krill and water, no vit c added.

Hit up Chefzilla for some of his Chowdown.... You'll be happier and you will have more budget for more corals.

So I guess this stuff is hard to find in local stores. I went to Coral Grazers last night thinking they might have it but they didn't. I bought some Reef caviar.
What is everyone using for frozen food in the OC?

Rod's Food will be at Reef-A-Palooza next month. Maybe we can get some of our local stores to speak with them about carrying it. There will be several local fish stores that are also exhibiting.

Is it true that they sell Chowdown at I got corals? If so I guess I will drive to Fullerton to get it. Heard alot of good thing about it.

Chance of Coral in OC carries LRS and Chefzilla. I feed LRS nano to my fishes because the blend is thinner and easier to break off smaller pieces. Chefzilla is thicker and works great for my anemones for chunkier pieces.

Chance of Coral closed / is out of business unfortunately. They may open up at a new location though in the future.
