No problem, and FYI:
Here's a list of online vendors from the Rod's Reef Website:
Rod's Food can be purchased at; premiumaquatics.com, Saltycritter.com, ofacorals.com, sharkysreef.com, darklordcoral.com,fragisland.com. and more.
Also, here is the ingredient list:
Shrimp, Scallop, Oyster, Clam, Squid, Octopus, Brine, Krill, Mysis, Grouper (or perch), Red Nori, green Nori, Broccoli, carrot, Frozen red plankton, Golden pearl (7 sizes), DTs Oyster eggs, Selco, Fresh hatched brine, Freshly harvested rotifers.
I'm not too sure that I'm crazy about the carrots and broccoli, but I'm not sure that they would have any adverse affects either. To each his own. That being said, I order it when I make a frozen order from premium aquatics.
My current home recipe consists of enriched mysis, enriched brine, green nori, plankton, freeze dried cyclop eeze, rotifiers, selcon, krill, and phytoplankton. I blend and freeze everything but the cyclop eeze and phytoplankton. I dose phyto every other day or so and add the cyclop eeze to my food before I dose the tank. My fish seem to love it, and I've seen good coral growth as well.
I do have a hard time getting any uncooked oyster, clam, squid, or octopus locally though. That's the biggest downfall in my area of trying to make my own. Either way, good luck!
