Maybe next weekend!

Little update....my two fish are doing fine, they are really starting to fight, I assume they are deciding who is who. I'm really wanting to transfer them to my 75, but not sure. Talked with Rod and he said many people put them in thier 180's and they do just fine, so we will see.

i would give them more time to grow and pair up bad enough they are fighting on there own dont need another bigger fish beating on them too jmho

Me too

Me too

Hello. I got suckered by these cute babies, so much personality!
I also bought a picasso pair online and can't wait. These are currently in my seahorse nursery tank.
So what did I do? I'm setting up 2 nanos just for them, flanking the sliding glass doors to the deck. *sigh* I'm so dead.

Enjoy!

For size reference, there is a power strip behind the tank. I forgot to ask how old they were:

They are TOO cute. So robust!

Getting them into my tank didn't phase them one bit. They were a little nervous for a few moments, but the right away came up to the glass to follow me around doing their hungry dance. (as how I interpret it)

I really look forward to watching them grow up. I'm no afficionado, so I don't have the background knowledge to even guess how they will develop. How fun!

you have some cute looking little guys there how much if you dont mind me asking i payed 100 plus shipping for my par are those the 50 plus shipping pair .i ask because rod told me 2 weeks ago that he was gonna start on a new batch ?

Thanks flaco, I'm local to Rod's so there was no shipping. Yes, prices differ based on color and age I believe. Mine are so small, and he charged accordingly.
I think he has very very young babies just born a few days ago(?) when I was there. There were some that started on their third stripe too, which I'm assuming are the oldest that he has so far.

Sugartooth your fish look to be at least 2 months old but i would guess more like 3, some of his with 3 stipes starting could be up to 9 months old.
