A full reef food concoction that I came up with. The name was given by another hobbyist before it was offered commercially, and that name just stuck (Thanks Joanne
). Each item is chopped to various sizes and then mixed. With all of the varying sizes, the whole reef gets fed. Its sold by volume of 250+ ML, frozen in flats of 8"x7"x3/8" . Aiko takes baths in it. He claims it exfoliates his skin and that is why his skin is a soft as a baby's bottom.:eek1:
