Roger Help! Need nano pump for skimmer

Roger,
I have had my Reefpack 200 apart three times today, and still the pump on the skimmer side will not function. The last time I had it apart, month maybe, it had some build up on the impeller shaft so I cleaned it off. Now its pretty clean and will not operate. This is the only source of filtration I have on my propagation tank (29gal) and I really need it to work. Premium Aquatics does not stock this, can I get one from you direclty? Also how long to get it to me, 31069? Please let me know as soon as you can.

I can't think of a reason it wouldn't work, it doesn't run at all? If it overheats it will shut off until it cools down. Anyway, it is part 0800.040, you can call me at 512-833-7546 but I am fairly certain Premium has them.

Ok, after swearing worse than a sailor for about half an hour or so, I went back to it again. Pulled out the pump and felt that it was hot to the touch. After reading your post I let it cool and took it apart again. I think the issue may have been the impeller shaft was not seated all the way. After re-assembling it,it is working.

I did a quick search on Premiums' website, the pump didn't show up, I was using "Nano pump 0800.040". I'll call Jeremy in the morning and see if he has some in stock, if not I'll call you and have you send me one. Either way, I am going to get a spare to keep on hand. It will make filter maintennce easier in the long run. As always, thank you for your swift replies and assistance.
