The transformer on my TS12 6100 Stream Kit decided to crap on me, I have no clue what happened  When I noticed that the pump was not working I checked everything and I found the transformer was extremely hot and this is what I found :eek1:

This kit was bought on 6/06 from MD, what should I do?

Thanks in advance.

That must have been pretty hot. I work with the same stuff that is used to insulate the copper in the transformer and it would take alot to do that.

Yes, the safety shut off occurs at 100C which is enough heat to deform the plastic, something went wrong and overloaded the transformer. It could be anything from a water damaged or defective driver to a jammed pump. Send the pump, driver and transformer in, provided the driver did not get wet and the pump is less than 2 years old the parts will be replaced under warranty.

No problem, it didn't get wet :D . I'll send it right away. TY Roger.
