The unthinkable happened last week...

Three of my four Tunze Streams (two 6000's and a 6100), died on me.
I called Roger and explained the situation. I sent them in for him to look at.
Unfortunately, my return/contact info got lost. Roger tracked me down through RC, even though our conversations had been via phone.

The Streams were upgraded to 6105's (at a very good price), and shipped back quickly.

Got them running now.

I dont know any company who would go through that amount of trouble to track down a customer through an online forum in order to make things right.

Thanks Roger! Great service and just one of the many reasons I will continue to buy Tunze products.
