Rogger's Reef food

Hi fellow reefers,

Posting from the other side of the country in So. Cal, figured I'd get more response here.

I ordered from Rogger's for the first time on Wed, and haven't had any change to my order status after it was confirmed. I just figured I'd have it shipped overnight on Thursday and that would be that. I sent an email this morning as well, no response. I'm not one of those freaks that is impatient or anything, far from, but just curious as I've never dealt with this company in the past.
Is that the norm? Takes a few days? One man show?

Just curious.

Thanks for any feedback!
Scott

He is pretty good about the order process. Might be backed up a bit with multiple orders. In my experience always on time. Send him another email to confirm.

where did you order from? his website or a third party company?

His website directly. Understand if he's behind, it happens! But, a response of some sort would make me feel better about it. Not often I order $100 worth of food at a time, but really wanted to give this stuff a shot.

The last time I spoke with him he told me that he doesn't ship later in the week due to possible weekend shipping trouble.

He is a VERY good man, so not to worry.

He should see this so I'm sure he will shoot you an email or pm. Just give it a day or so, his setup is local over here and you shouldn't have anything to worry about. A lot of the local reefers here deal with his company weekly and have good success.

Rogger is a great guy, You have nothing to worry about!
BTW his food is great, Your fish are going to love it! ;)

how do you guys cut roggers food? its just a big solid ice sheet and hard to cut i have to chizel it with a knife ...

Roggers is all I feed. I just break it with my hand or on the side edge of the counter top. put the bag on the edge and hit it.
P.S. Don't leave it on top of your hot tank hood for two days.

Does anyone use that mesh clip? I swear I think that clip is a myth because no lfs has it or know what im talking bout.

Just like any frozen food pre packaged in plates. When you first bring it home just wait till it is simi thawed and ration it out into smaller portions and place into zip loc bags and toss them in the freezer. This aint brain surgery here guys lol
