RokleM's LPS dominated tank (big pics)

It's been a long time coming, but I'm finally into my LPS dominated tank. I've kept a little bit of everything in numerous tanks over the years (58, 180, 200, etc), but with limited time in the last couple years I'm finally down to one tank. Custom 30x30x27 Marineland, three side starfire, black silicone. Some of these were 1/4 polyp frags, some are a month old, some are now over five years old. A little bit of this, a little bit of that. Obviously I like acans though

Literally moved everything in this afternoon from a 100g temporary poly I had everything in as I was building the system. I actually have more, but ran out of space. Probably 75-100 heads of euphyllia, multiple acan colonies, etc.

Now to let everything grow out again...

We call it "porkyspawn" local, from the guy who originally acquired it here many years back. It's a euphyllia hybrid.

Unfortunately, that's just a small faction of it as I don't have room for it all.

250w Radium SE on a Lumatek adjustable ballast on HQI setting, LumenMax2 reflector. I tried a Lumenmax Elite but it just didn't have enough spread.

It is gorgeous, 2 questions. Is that a grape or torch coral behind the frogspawn in the last photo? Whatever it is, it's a awesome color! And are those Duncan's in the first picture right hand side just under the power head? Just never seen them stretched out like that.

RokleM moved quite some time ago and tore this tank down in the process. I believe he now has a 30ish gallon cube dominated with RBTAs. Hopefully he will pop on at some point and update again.

Nothing fancy, the LPS ate small mysis every once in a while via direct feeding (every week or two). Fish just got normal food. No other "additives", "dose feedings", "miracle foods", or anything else Good water, quality light, and some nutritious food occasional takes care of everything.
