romaine, spinach, pease what else??

So what should I feed my FO tank

I use to feed romaine & peas along with the other normal fish foods.

Is this OK along with the normal formula stuff & flake food

1 of the threads was stating spinach, is that better then romaine or should I feed all of them?

& O yea.... I have Nori

I my FW tanks I use zucchini. Just a thought

I feed Nori and Romaine, just make sure you freeze the Romaine as it make it easier for the fish to diguest instead of them just craping it out.
Some people feed Spinach and others feed broccoli.

If you feed those things and Formular I & II and flake you should be fine. Just look at your fish and see if they're gaining weight and looking fat.

you should not feed your fish too much romaine it has little nutritional value.stay with nori.i feed my fish a combo of frozen mysis,ocean nutrition formula 2,brine shrimp plus flake.
