room with fire place?

Ok, so I figure there is really only one room this 220 I am getting will work in. it's roughly 23x16 and has a wood burning stove on one side. I figure, I would put the tank across the room on the other side of the room if that makes sense. My question is, because of the fire place will I need a chiller? Next, will a chiller be able to work to the needs of the tanks? I have not moved into the house yet so I am unsure of how hot it gets, but I wanted to know some thoughts before I even move the tank in and down there.

I have a wood stove in the same room as my tank. The tank is in the opposite corner farthest away from the stove. The room is big and has a high vaulted celing. The chiller comes on often when the stove is on. I wouldn't be without my chiller in the summer or the winter.
