rose bub not too happy

i look over to tank and rose bub is really small looking and at a closer glance i see that for some reason the tentacles are alot shorter and skinnier and somewhat droopy. i try to figure out what is wrong. i see that there is some brown looking stuff on it so it squirt it off. then i got a wiff of raunchyness and...oh no the collection cup is overflowing into sump/refuge. i had just done a water change and forgot that i had raised the skimmer water/bubble level up a tad and was running pretty wet. so it wasn't pure crap leaking out just watery crap. not sure if there is anything i can do now or not. what do you guys think?

What are your water parameters: ph, specific gravity, temp., also lighting, size tank, other inhabitants. Pics would also be helpful perhaps.

ph-8.4
salinity-1.023
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
nitrate-0
temp-80.7
lighting-250w mh with 14000k bulb w/ compact flurescent and antinic strip
75g recently finished initial cycle. now has 6 dozen snails 1 true perc, 1 leather, 1 torch, 1 rose bub.
i can't get any pics unfortunately but really all three corals were noticably affected but the rose bub looked worse. if you picture about a 2 1/2 inch rose with about 2- 2 1/2 inch tentacles thats what it looked like before collection cup leakage. now like i said it has pretty much shrunk. the torch has noticeably closed up a bit but polyps look ok. leather has also slightly shrunk in skeletal structure unless i am just tripping
i guess i'll just see if they get better with a little time

Well, you said the tank just cycled. This may be a large part of the problem. Anemones need to be added to established tanks, several months at least. Keep the water parameters as you have them (preferably specific gravity 1.025) and you have a chance with the anemone. That's strong light, the BTA might prefer to be on the edge a ways away from the MH.
