So, she moved from where she is in the picture. She's now at the top of the waterline where she split herself in two. Does anyone know how long i should leave her there? Should I dip her in some iodine disinfectant or anything?

If your reason for dipping is to prevent infection during the split, then No. There's no need. You will just end up stressing it out more.
