Rose or green BTA

I bought this BTA at my LFS as a RBTA. I haven't seen a RBTA that was red and green.

The BTA has is red on the tips and green lower down on the tenticales.

It depend on your lights as well as your tank parameters... but I seen many RBTA that has a green mouth and Red tips... Sorta like this one on youtube

Red tentacles with a green base is very common for BTAs.

Thanks for the input guys. I only have 4 96w power compacts on my tank at the moment, I have the BTA as close to the top as I can get it and my leds are on order.
48 cree leds should be a improvment over the pc's lol.

I have one of those, green at the bottom of the tentacles, red at the top. It's perfectly healthy, just a different variety than the standard red or green.

I just got one today my wife bought it for me for our 5 yr wedding anniversary it has the same coloring you're stating I'll post pics once its acclimated... been doing the drip method since 2:30
