Rotierfer seive

I am using this down time to build.I am looking for a few things.First: rotifer sieve.Just the material.Second:would be a place to buy squares of sponge for my filters.9x9x2. Another question do you guys cover your rotifer containers.How do I keep the ciliates out of my culture.

Well your'e right, it certainly doesn't seem to be there It's definately PECAP LE, I'm holding this brochure in my hand as I type this.

I have had this copy a few years now, maybe they replaced the product with something else?

The dinospores of Amy and Ich are 15 microns.How hard is it to run water thru a 10 micron sieve?Anyone hade any experence?

If I fill a 10 micron seive with rotifer cultures, it very quickly becomes a "drip" rate type of thing! Would require a lot of pressure to push water through (i.e. for ICH removal). If I'm using my 10 micron seive, I kinda just fill it up and then let it sit in the sink for an hour

I got a 10 as well Kerusso. Slow going. I swirl around and can get through a gal. in 5 min or less of parent water...Cultures water, good luck as Matt said. Carl.
