Rotigrow + vs RG Complete vs RotiGreen Omega

I would like to know if I can use one of those products to feed my rotifers and as green water? Is there a perfect combo use of any of them that's better to grow rotifers and then use as green water?

I use rotigrow+ to feed my rots and to tint the water of my fry. So far it's been working out well. When I run out I may try one of the other products just for sake of comparison.

I have used both RG Complete and Rotigrow plus. I think I like the RG Complete better because it has everything you need in it for the rotifers and for the fry tank as well.. But you still need to keep an eye out for Ammonia in the fry tank.
With the Rotigrow Plus you get more out of it verse the RG Complete but you have to add other stuff to control Ammonia and add some type of vitamin I think like Selcon to help with the fry immune system.
But I could be wrong on that part.
