I made one a few years ago with the largest spiral CFL I could find. I hung the CFL inside of a glass flower vase purchased at a craft store. The vase sat inside the sump, filled with rocks up sufficient to keep it from floating away. The screens and spray bars formed a square around the CFL/Vase. It worked pretty well.

I guess I don't understand the post??
Those are typical ATS units. The OP is asking about something different. Did you have a goal in your post or did you not catch the OP's idea?

Devcon 30 minute works good. Clean it all with alcohol and a toothbrush, then dip and let harden overnight, then dip again, deeper, and let harden over night.
